Hi, I’m Colleen Werner—a breast cancer survivor, wife, mom of two energetic boys in elementary school, and a small business owner learning to balance it all.
A few years ago, my world was turned upside down with a breast cancer diagnosis. The journey was hard—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—but it also gave me a new lens on life. I came out the other side with deeper gratitude, stronger faith, and a fierce determination to live fully and intentionally.
These days, my life is beautifully messy and wonderfully full. Mornings are spent packing lunches and rushing to soccer practice, afternoons working at my family business, and evenings filled with homework, laughter, and sometimes sheer exhaustion. Through it all, I carry with me the lessons cancer taught me: that joy can be found in the little things, that community matters, and that resilience is built one step at a time.
I started this blog to share my story—not just of surviving breast cancer, but of thriving as a mom, wife, and entrepreneur after it. You’ll find a mix of survivorship reflections, family moments, encouragement for other moms, and practical tips for balancing business and life when the unexpected happens.
My hope is that you’ll leave here feeling less alone, more inspired, and encouraged to keep moving forward—no matter what challenges life brings.
Thanks for stopping by—I’m so glad you’re here. 💗
